The organising committee has decided that all participants that have requested a refund until the current day will be reimbursed the administration fees as well, also every refund request will be done in full amount.

By filling the following form, I deliberately agree that the present contract will cease once the full refund or administration fee refund respectively have been received, hence both parts have no obligations towards each other anymore.
